New Patients at Helios Chiropractic
Welcome to Helios Chiropractic! We are honored that you’ve chosen our clinic for your natural healthcare needs.
Your First Visit
You will register at the reception area when you come in. Our receptionist will give you a form to fill out. It will ask you to provide a brief description of what has brought you in and if you have any aches or pains that we can help you with.
Then, Dr Chunkit Chen (Chiropractor) will receive the form and take you to the consultation room. He will do all the necessary tests and provide a comprehensive assessment. Then, he will likely refer you out for X-rays or an MRI.
Please allow 30 minutes for this appointment.
The Second Visit
Dr Chen will get the images back the next day and go over your results during this report of findings visit. At this appointment, he will let you know what the problem is, how it happened and how long it will take to treat it.
He will discuss your plan options. We offer member plans and Dr Chen will discuss the details of those with you. He then will provide you with state-of-the-art chiropractic care. (Same-day treatment is possible depending on the availability of treatment slots.)
Lastly, Dr Chen will give you take-home instructions as well as some exercises or stretches to do. You will then schedule your next appointment.
This appointment is fairly brief, taking about 15 minutes.
Your Patient Advocate
Our job as a patient advocate is to help you to receive all the information you need regarding your condition so you can make proper decisions when it comes to your health. “I want to help as many people as possible and educate them about how the body heals,” says Dr Chen.
